  • 19.00 - Short Conducted Tour of Belfast City Hall.
  • 19.20 - Drinks Reception and Finger Buffet for Rally Delegates and Accompanying Persons in the Great Hall of Belfast City Hall.
  • 20.30 - Welcome by Deputy Lord Mayor, Alderman Ruth Patterson.

  • 22.00 - Transport to Culloden and Park Avenue Hotels.
Thursday May 17th - Conference & Conference lunch in the Culloden Hotel
  • 09.00 - 11.15 - Registration for delegates and accompanying persons with morning tea/coffee and scones.
  • 10.15 - Accompanying Persons tour to Parliament Buildings and Ulster Folk and Transport Museum with lunch at the Museum departs.

      John Wilson Foster.
      'Jack' Foster is an author and lecturer born and raised within sight of the shipyard about which he has written prolifically. From 1974 to 2002 he was professor of English at the University of Columbia and after retirement he has been amongst other things, visiting professor at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
